Once your mortgage has received final approval, our team will coordinate the preparation and delivery of all mortgage instructions directly to the lawyer of your choice. We work closely with the lender and legal professionals to ensure all required documents are prepared accurately and sent to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Your only responsibility is to let us know which law firm or legal company you would like to use for your mortgage signing and closing. Once we have that information, we will take care of the rest, including communicating with your lawyer, monitoring the progress of the file, and helping ensure everything is in place for a smooth and successful funding of your mortgage.
