CLIENT DISCOVERY

Where it all starts.

The first step in obtaining a mortgage is the Client Discovery phase.  In this phase, we want to know everything about your personal and financial profile.

 

We will start with the Client Interview Questionaire, which will give us a basic understanding of your needs, wants, and goals. This is our first contact.  Then we will explore your credit profile and dig deeper into your employment, down payment, and credit history so we can determine a starting point.  This is done by completing our online application.

If we have a basic understanding of who you are and what your goals are, we can proceed to the next phase.
