CLIENT DISCOVERY
Where it all starts.
The first step in obtaining a mortgage is the Client Discovery phase. In this phase, we want to know everything about your financial profile.
We will start with the Client Interview Questionaire, which will give us a basic understanding of your needs, wants, and goals. This is our first contact. Next, we will explore your employment, down payment, and credit history so we can determine a starting point. This is done by completing our secure online application, or by booking a meeting to complete the application over the phone.
If we have a basic understanding of who you are and what your goals are, we can proceed to the next phase.
