Where it all starts.
The first step in obtaining a mortgage is the Client Discovery phase. In this phase, the goal is to get a basic understanding of your needs, wants, and goals. We will explore your employment, down payment, and credit history so we can determine a starting point.
To get started on the Client Discovery phase, click here to book a meeting with us. Once the meeting is booked, you'll get an email notification confirming your appointment date and time. You will also get a zoom meeting invite link one hour prior to your meeting.
During our meeting, we will explore your financial profile, and after a quick review if we determine if an application is warranted. We can take your application over the phone, on this same call, or send you an online link for you to complete the application online, later on.
Once we have a basic understanding of who you are and what your goals are, we can proceed to the next phase.
