Phase 3 is all about File Management. By now you would have made an offer on a home or submitted your application to renew or refinance your existing mortgage.
This is where we take over and put our experience and technology to work.

Once your file is approved, we will work with your lender to complete all the lender conditions, sign all documents with you, and complete your file as fast as possible.
We are on 24/7 during this time period and this is the most important part of the process. This process typically takes between 7-14 days.
